Refund Policy

Digital download refund rules may also depend on the checkout provider and applicable law.

Digital product

ClutchForge products are delivered as digital software downloads. Because digital software can be copied after access, all sales may be treated as final once the download link or installer has been accessed, unless required otherwise by applicable law or the payment provider.

Technical support

If the software does not work on a supported Windows system, contact support with your Windows version, app version, screenshots, and error details. We may try to help resolve installation or launch issues.

Refund abuse

Refunds may be denied for abuse, redistribution, license violation, chargeback fraud, or attempts to keep using the software after requesting a refund.

No refund for rule violations

Refunds are not guaranteed for account restrictions, platform bans, or problems caused by violating the rules of any game, platform, or service.
