Terms of Use
1. Product
ClutchForge Range is an independent Windows software tool sold as a digital download. It includes aim training, progress tracking, local profile features, and built-in game/window or desktop recording.
2. No affiliation
ClutchForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, or any game platform. All trademarks, product names, game names, and company names belong to their respective owners.
3. Purchase and download
After a successful purchase, the buyer may receive access to download the installer. No license key or activation key is required. Access to download does not give the buyer ownership of the software or permission to redistribute it.
4. Personal-use license
Each purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased software. The buyer may not copy, share, upload, resell, distribute, rent, sublicense, or make the installer or software available to any other person without written permission.
5. User responsibility
Users are responsible for using the software lawfully and in accordance with the rules, terms, and policies of any games, platforms, services, or operating systems they use.
6. No safety guarantees
ClutchForge does not claim that the software is official, Valve-approved, risk-free, undetectable, or guaranteed against account restrictions, platform bans, service limitations, or compatibility issues.
7. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ClutchForge is not responsible for account restrictions, platform bans, loss of data, loss of profits, hardware issues, software conflicts, or indirect damages resulting from use or misuse of the software.
8. Prohibited behavior
Unauthorized copying, public posting, file sharing, resale, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in termination of access and legal action where applicable.
